Before coming to Meowcart, Vinatura already had a website built on the Shopify platform. To further enhance customer experience and improve business efficiency, Vinatura cooperated with Meowcart to conduct an audit of the current website. Through this, Meowcart proposed and developed elements that could be improved to meet the business criteria set by the brand.

Challenge

When starting the project, Vinatura faced a number of challenges. First, their website struggled with SEO optimization, resulting in poor search engine visibility. The lack of structured data (Google Structured Data) and inconsistent URLs led to a decrease in SEO effectiveness.

Second, the user experience (UX) on the website is not really perfect. The interface is still simple and not attractive, so it does not bring high conversion rates. For example, product pages lack necessary information such as shipping policies and promotions, and the function of displaying related products has not been fully exploited. This makes it difficult for customers to search and decide to buy.

Finally, the overall performance of the website, especially on mobile platforms, needs to be improved to meet Google Page Speed ​​Insight and Core Web Vitals standards, ensuring a smooth user experience.

Solution

To address these challenges, Meowcart proposed and implemented a series of comprehensive solutions. First, the Meowcart team optimized SEO by fully implementing Google Structured Data for the entire website, and re-adjusting the URL structure related to the Blog posts. This not only improved the website's visibility on search engines, but also enhanced the consistency and organization of Vinatura's content.

In terms of design, Meowcart has proposed a new interface that matches Vinatura's brand personality, combined with a more optimized user interface (UX/UI) redesign. Important pages such as "About Us", product category page, product detail page and author page for the blog are all meticulously refined.

To improve UX, Meowcart has integrated breadcrumbs to help users navigate the website easily, along with smart product filters to help customers quickly find suitable items. In addition, sub-categories in the "Shop" category have been added and clearly arranged, helping customers easily search and explore products.

On the product detail page, to create a better shopping experience and conversion rate, Meowcart has added features such as displaying information about shipping policies, promotions, and returns clearly, and integrating social sharing buttons to increase interaction. The addition of new sections such as “Quick Shop” and “Recent View” also contributes to improving UX.

In addition, Meowcart also deployed additional functions to the website to meet Vinatura's requirements. We implemented a product combo sales policy and installed a Subscription feature so that customers can register to receive products periodically. Another special feature is the Quiz, which helps recommend suitable products to customers, and is also smoothly integrated into the website.

Some new features on Vinatura's e-commerce website

Meowcart focused on improving Vinatura's blog to optimize both user experience (UX) and performance. First, the Table of Content plugin was replaced with self-developed code to synchronize with the overall design and increase page loading speed. Comments and reviews on each blog post were opened, increasing interaction and trust. Meowcart also added social media buttons in the author box and social icons links in the footer, making it easy for users to share and connect with the brand. In addition, the related articles section at the end of each blog is also adjusted by tag to help customers explore related content more smoothly.

Finally, optimizing website speed was one of the important goals of the project. Meowcart took steps to improve Core Web Vitals and Google Page Speed ​​Insight, ensuring that the website's performance on desktop was above 95, on mobile was above 50, with Accessibility, Best Practices, and SEO indicators all exceeding the threshold of 90.
